Experience You Can Trust-serving the endodontic needs of Northern Arizona for over 14 years.

"Hi, I am Dr. Rodney Brimhall, I am a root canal specialist (endodontist). I do root canals exclusively.  Two years of education at an accredited university after graduating from dental school are required to be a root canal specialist.

I will minimize your time in the chair. Typically from the moment you sit in the chair I  will have you in and out in about 90 minutes or less. Your comfort and providing the highest quality of care is our primary concern. Below are testimonials of patients we have recently treated regarding the quality of care they were given at our office."

  • Patient Testimonial: "Due to the skill of Dr. Brimhall one of my teeth was saved. I had a root canal done in PA that failed and abscessed and needed an apicotomy which was done my an oral surgeon in PA. The abcess never fully cleared. I move to AZ and my general dentist here referred me to Dr. Brimhall and he found a 4th canal that was missed. He redid my root canal and I am in the process of a full recovery thanks to the expertise of Dr. Brimhall. Thank you so much!"--Sandra Alger--local

  • Patient Testimonial: "I was very very anxious and the girls calmed me down. YOur office staff and procedure are excellent. The young lady that describes each step is wonderful I an not be thankful enough. Dr. Brimhall was good too!"--Sandra Bradley

  • Patient Testimonial: "I was very pleased and satisfied with the service being so professional. I'm also very happy I went to you for my root canals. I would & will recommend your office to anyone I talk to about root canals," states Phil Robinson of Prescott, AZ.

I think it is important to give each patient my personal email address so they have a direct link to me. I tell them I will get back with them within 24  hours (usually it is way less than 24 hours).

Nothing is as good as your natural tooth!

Saving your natural tooth should always be your first choice when dental care is needed. Nothing, not even the most advanced bridges and implants, can truly replace your natural tooth.

  • If your dentist recommends extracting your tooth, ask if it can be saved with an endodontic procedure, also known as root canal treatment. Endodontic treatment removes the injured pulp (soft inner tissue) of your tooth and fills and seals the space.
  • Your tooth is then restored and can function just like any other tooth usually for the rest of your life, ensuring comfortable chewing and a natural appearance.
  • Endodontists can often save the most severely injured teeth.
  • If your tooth cannot be saved — and some cannot — you may consider replacements such as a bridge or dental implant. Your options may depend upon the condition of surrounding teeth and bone structure.

Do everything possible to save your teeth before considering extraction. Nothing is as good as your natural teeth!
